ABOUT
Easy Trust Now is operated by Danny Hyo-Choong Kwon, a California-licensed attorney who has been practicing law since 1997.
Danny Kwon is the founder of Easy Trust Now and a California-licensed attorney practicing since 1997. He has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2010 and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in Canada, where he's from.
Danny began his estate planning practice serving Korean-speaking families across Sacramento and the Bay Area — and quickly discovered that the families who needed trusts most were the ones least likely to make it into a law office. So he came to them. Danny made house visits to notarize documents at kitchen tables and personally transfer deeds into trust, removing every excuse a busy family might have to put it off another year.
Easy Trust Now is the natural extension of that work. The same belief that drove Danny to drive across town with a notary stamp now drives a bilingual platform built to make trusts simple, affordable, and actually finishable for Korean-American families who don't have time for a four-week attorney engagement. The house call became a website — same mission, broader reach.
Whether across a kitchen table or across a screen, the work is the same: getting it done.
Traditional estate planning often means multiple office visits, lengthy consultations, and weeks of waiting. We built a different process. You complete a guided questionnaire online, we review your information and call you to discuss your plan, and your attorney drafts your documents — often ready to mail within 72 hours of receiving your completed questionnaire.
The process is designed to be simple, but the legal work behind it is thorough. Every trust is individually drafted — not auto-generated from a template — and reviewed by a licensed California attorney before it goes out the door.
