This protection applies to all information communicated to us through questionnaires, phone calls, emails, and documents provided in the course of our representation — regardless of the medium or technology used to transmit it.

Information submitted through our website contact form or during a free introductory call before an attorney-client relationship is established is treated as confidential, but may not be protected by attorney-client privilege.

5. Third-party service providers

We use the following third-party services to operate our website and deliver our services. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing the use of your data:

6. Data security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the personal information you provide, including:

Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our website is encrypted using SSL/TLS (HTTPS).

Secure payment processing: Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
