An attorney-client relationship with Easy Trust Now and Danny Hyo-Choong Kwon, JD, Esq. is formed only when all of the following conditions are met:

The engagement agreement defines the specific scope of our representation. Our standard estate planning service plans include only the documents and services listed in the selected plan. Representation is limited to the preparation of the estate planning documents specified in the engagement agreement.
The following matters are outside the scope of our standard plans and are not included unless separately agreed upon in a separate written engagement:
• Tax planning, tax preparation, or tax advice
• Business succession planning or entity formation
• Probate or trust administration
• Litigation, disputes, or contested matters
• Korean or other foreign asset planning
• Medicaid or long-term care planning
• Real estate transactions beyond the included trust transfer
• Post-execution trust amendments or restatements
If your situation requires services beyond the scope of your selected plan, we will advise you during the review call and may refer you to appropriate specialists.

While we prepare estate planning documents with professional care and in accordance with applicable California law, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific legal outcome. Estate planning documents are subject to interpretation by courts, and laws may change after your documents are executed.
The effectiveness of your estate plan depends in part on actions you must take, including properly funding your trust by transferring assets into it, updating beneficiary designations on financial accounts and insurance policies, and keeping your plan current as your circumstances change.

Danny Kwon is not licensed to practice law in any other U.S. state. If you reside outside of California or have legal needs governed by another state's laws, we may not be able to assist you and may refer you to an attorney licensed in the appropriate jurisdiction.

Our standard estate planning service plans are designed for U.S.-based assets held by California residents. If you own assets in Korea or another foreign country, your U.S. estate plan may not control the disposition of those assets. Foreign assets may be governed by the laws of the country where they are located.
We do not provide legal advice regarding Korean law, Korean inheritance rules (including 유류분), or the laws of any other foreign jurisdiction. Cross-border estate planning involves complex issues including potential dual taxation, FBAR and FATCA reporting obligations, and conflicting inheritance rules.
