Client Disclosure Regarding Advance Flat Fee. The flat fee paid in advance for the legal services described in this agreement will be deposited into the attorney's operating account rather than a client trust account. You have the right to require that this flat fee be deposited into a trust account, where it would remain until earned. You are also entitled to a refund of any portion of this fee that is not ultimately earned if the representation is terminated before the services are completed.
What happens after payment: You'll review and sign the engagement agreement (establishing your attorney-client relationship), then complete the client questionnaire with information about your family, assets, and wishes. Your attorney begins drafting once the questionnaire is complete.
